Policies

EXTENDING YOUR STAY: We understand travel plans occasionally change at the last minute. However, we schedule incoming guest availability according to our outgoing guests. Any pets staying beyond their pre-scheduled checkout date without notifying us in advance may be subject to a $55.00 surcharge per day.

FEEDINGS: We feed at approximately 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Please feed your pet at home if you check-in after 6:00 p.m. We serve Hill’s Science Diet. If you bring your pet’s food from home, please package dry kibble in individual servings (such as in Baggies) or bring your measuring cup from home, so we do not over or under feed. We cannot store large bags or bins of food, so measure your servings carefully. Please do not mix medications in with your pet’s food.

CHECKING-IN: First time clients, please have your pet checked-in between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. weekdays, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Saturdays, and 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Sundays, offering your pet an opportunity to settle in before the daytime staff leaves for the night.

CHECKING-OUT: We like to have all dogs checked-out between 7:00 am and 12:00 p.m. Anyone checking out after 12:00 noon will be charged a $30 Daycare fee. This does not apply to anyone checking out on Sundays or major holidays when we are only open between the hours of 3:00 and 5:00 p.m.

VACCINATIONS: For cats we require Feline Distemper and Rabies.  For dogs we require Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, and both strains of the Canine Influenza (H3N2 and H3N8).  We may accept waivers from your vet if your pet has special needs.  Contact our office for more details.

FLEA & TICK PREVENTION: We require flea and tick prevention for all pets. If your pet is not on a preventative at the time of boarding, we will, at your request, provide Frontline/Top Spot for a minimal fee.

PERSONAL POSSESSIONS: Please label all of your pet’s belongings. You are welcome to bring two toys, treats and your pet’s favorite bedding to make their stay more enjoyable. However, we cannot be responsible for the condition of these possessions during your pet’s vacation. Soiled, wet or dirty bedding will be removed, bagged and our bedding will be provided at no charge. Because of space, we cannot accept comforters or large beds.

SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS: There is an additional $10.00 fee (per pet) for anyone checking out on Sundays or holidays with 3:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m. hours. This fee is waived for a third family pet.

DEPOSITS: Reservations for all new clients will be confirmed with a $50 non-refundable deposit. ALL holiday reservations will be confirmed with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Deposits are forfeited upon cancellation of reservation.

FORM OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card or cash. We’re sorry, but we can not accept checks.
